Add 5 eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Sift together 2 14 cups sifted cake flour and 1 tsp. each, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with 1 cup buttermilk, and beat. Add 14 cup mashed fresh raspberries plus 2 heaping tablespoons of raspberry jam to batter. Mix In gently with spoon. Bake in greased and lightly floured sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for minutes. Then cool. After 5 cooling spread about 12 jar of raspberry jam on to cake.
