The play being produced by the amateur actresses is none, other than "The Women," written by Clare Boothe Luce, U. S. Ambassadress to Italy. It was 'first produced in 1936 and has been a constant hit on stage, screen and television since that time. The production is being directed by Mrs. Marion Tracy who has a rich background in theatrical work. She produced this same play several years ago in Calcutta, India, while stationed there with her husband Maior Henry Tracy. She also directed and acted in various other shows in connection with a Little Theater group at Hickam Field and has participated in many other dramatic activities in the past. Mrs. Tracy has been putting her cast throuerh their paces at rehear sals which have been held daily sinpe January 6. Working equally as hard as the nrtresses is the committee track ing down stage scenery.
