Tillery, OOAMA commander, at ceremonies held at the base gymnasium. The General's Cup is presented at the end of each calendar year to the military organization making the best showing in intramural sports and in backing base teams each year, according to Joe Hess, athletic director at Hill AFB. The General's Cup Program is set up on a point basis, he explained.
