When the young child of Donald G Oliver, engine repair, was seriously burned in a home accident, engine 20 pints of blood were needed for repair workers heard that at least transfusions for the little victim. Ardiena Stegen and Evelyn DeYoung both claim March 25 as their beginning date at Hill way back in 1942. Members of the Comptroller's office gathered 'round to help eat the cake and wish the gals a happy anniversary. Ardiena, now a budget estimator in the Comptroller's office, began her career at Hill as a clerk typist in thp supply division and has been in her present section since 1944. Evelyn's tour of duty includes a stretch in civilian personnel, maintenance personnel, Ardiena flight test and the Comptroller's office where she is now secretary to the Comptroller.
