(Continued on Page 7) Stored Ships Readied For June Shipment Maintenance Division workers are speeding up overhaul and re airplanes in orpair on 113 AT-1- 1 der to meet a June 15 deadline. The project, approximately 25 per cent complete, is being undertaken by all sections of the division with the exception of the Vehicle branch. Operating cn a production line basis the advanced trainers are being given a complete Depot Inspection Repair. Set up in hangars 3 and 4 and its annexes, the line is a series of stations ranging from stripping and washing, repair and installation, and final shakedown inspection. From station 1 through 14 each airplane receives the same specialized attention. As the outset the trainer is stripped of cowlings, engines, instruments, and washed. Repairable parts are then routed to respective shops and electrical motors, armament, and tail gear removed.
