But there are many youngsters where no such shoes are available and they so much want to see the show on Saturday. Would you do them a favor and at the same time assist the needy of the town by taking your old shoes to the Nephi Drug Co., so that these boys and girls can come there and get them and go to the show with them. Don't send shoes that are so far cone that they are beyond repair. There are plenty of good ones that you will never use but with a little expense can be repaired and made to serve for a long time. Do not have shoes in any container. Just tie the shoes together with string or laces and hand them in at the door. Shoes must be shown at the Theatre entrance, therefore wrapped or covered shoes will not be acceptable. The Kiwanis Club is continuing this project by holding a big dance in the Arlington Hall, Friday night, November 24, at which time the price of admission will be 25 cents per couple plus a pair of shoes or some article of clothing that can be worn, or 40 cents a couple if no clothing is brought. Extra ladies will be admitted free with shoes or a piece of clothing, or otherwise the price will be 25 cents each.
