Mr. Hinckley gave a very inspiring address, advising the people of Nephi and Juab valley to further develop the chicken business, and get more dairy cows. The speaker said that some communities were not especially suitable for manufacturing concerns, on account of not having the necessary raw materials available. He also gave the very essential things that would induce manufacturers to come into a community, these being cheap power, dose proximity to raw materials, good railroad facilities, and close to markets for the output of finished products. He stated that the Provo chamber of commerce had recently made an industrial survey of Utah county, and through this survey they were able to tell just exactly what there la within the county, and when any InBy Lightning formation is wanted they can give in-it Intelligently.
