AND REPEALING SECTION 1, and AM ENDING SECTIONS 2, 3. 4, 6 and 6 of AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER MET ERS BY ALL WATER USERS AND FIXING RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE, AND RE PEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PRO VISIONS THEREOF OF ANY ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NEPHI CITY, DECEMBER 27th. 1922, AND REPEALING ALL PROVISIONS OF THE ORDINANCES OF CITY IN CONFLICT WITH I THIS ORDINANCE. On and after the first day nf Mav. 1923. no water service from Nephi City Water Works shall be fur nished, supplied or used on any premises for any applicant therefor, or user thereof, except such water ser vice be taken and delivered through a suitable water meter approved by the Superintendent of Nephi City Water Works, and installed by him or under his direction, at the ex pense of the applicant. Sec. 3. The rates and charges for water service from Nephi City Water Works, shall, on and after the first day of January, 1923, be as follows: The user shall pay to Nephi City the sum of fifteen cents for each thous and gallons of water used: Provided ibat the minimum charge shall be sixty cents per month. Sec. 4. The reading of water met ers shall be made by the Superintend ent of Nephi City Water Works quarter yearly, on the first day of January, the first day of April, the first day of July and the first day nf October of each year.
