F. Bracken president; Earl Macfarlane, A. B. Gibson, secret Board of Directors: Dr. J. G. Irons, Otis Horton, and J. A. Kendall The first business to be taken up by the association will be the restocking of the canyon stream with fish. The state game commissioner will be asked to stock the steams of Pole Canyon, Hop Creek, and Brad-ley- s. Also to close these streams for a certain length of time to allow the young fish time to grow and increase before fishing is allowed again. Transportation of students will cost $5,351.00. The coal bill is another item that calls for $2,800.00. Janitors salaries amount to $4,560.00. Repairs and Replacements will take $3,200.00 it is estimated. New Equipment will entail an expense of $2,40-8.0- 0, while school supplied will cost about $4,300.00. The above figures are the big items contained in the budget Added to these are many smaller ones, such as Electric light and power, Insurance, water, rents, etc. In the matter of new expense there is only one item of consequence that of $1750.00 for the purchase of a half interest in the City Park. The Board have negotiated for some time past with the City authorities for a joint ownership of this property and with the action of the Board Tuesday night the first initial Btep in the way of finances to carry out this project has been taken.
