The following officers from state headquarters were present: Brig adier General W. G. Williams, Adjut ant General of Utah; Colonel E. The office and records were also well kept and not much change was found in the organization from that of last year, when the local battery was rated as the best in Utah and Idaho. The inspection this year of the men was much more rigid than last year, but the boys were on their toes and came through with flying colors, re ceiving many compliments from th officers present.
