'. R. BLACK GOLDEN WEDDING WEEKLY CROP AND WINS SERIES Game Wednesday Demon strated The Superiority of Locals Team From Dividend Lack The Punch. By winning Wednesday' game th local ball players again took the $300 series from the Dividend team. Al though the game this week was not as good as the two previous contents, no room tert for doubt as u,0' to the superior playing ability of the nome boys. From start to finish there was very little cause for worry as to the final result. The Dividend team are a game bunch of ball nlavera but they seem to lack the punch at critical periods of the game to put over the winning runs. The game Wednesday was a little ragged at imes and the high scoring of 17 to 14 In favor of Nephi tells the story f a slug-fein which the pitchers were hit hard during several of the Ole Boswell pitched the innings. first five innings and then retired in favor of Leland Belliston who held the visitors down to a couple of tal lies the remainder of the game. The visiting team also used two pitchers. Some of the feature hitting of the local team follows: Leland Belliston, three bagger; Arvil Sperry, three, two-bahits; Ole Boswell,. two-bas- e hit; I. M- - Petty, a three base hit, and a two-bas- e hit; Rodger Lunt, three bagger. This game will probably be the last of the season unless Dividend should again feel sporty and come back for a third dose. st se WEATHER REPORT DELEGATES ELECTED The Golden wedding celebration of HIGH SCHOOL NOTES " Mr. and Mrs. J.
