Monson, formerly of the Eastern States Mission, and Elder Sumpsion of Springville, who had labored with Mr. and Mrs. Gowers in the mission field, both speakers paying a sterling tribute to their worth in this work and their faithful devotion to duty on all occasions. Other speakers were J. W. Paxman President T. D. Rees, and Bishop C. H.
