Parker, whose post office address is Trout Creek, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate of water per second ten (10) cubic-fee- t from Trout Creek, Juab County, Utah Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 74 degrees 56 minutes west 5,785 feet distant from the southeast corner of Section 12, Town ship 13 south, Range 18 west.
