The death of Mrs. J. M. Chris tensen, wife of the principal of schools of Levan. came as a dis tinct shock to. this community. Mrs. Christensen has been quite unwell for some time, and espec. ally so since the birth of her baby about twn months ago. How ever, the last week or two she has seemed to be improving, has been up and around the house, and also out buggy-ridin- g. She had been suffering from kidney trouble, and a touch of dropsy for a long lime. A grief stricken husband, and three mother-les- s children, be- sides hosts of relatives and friends who had learned to know and love her, will mourn her sad dimise. If ever their was a true wom an, noble mother, and a devoted wife, Mrs. Christensen was one. While her interests were in the home, she had done a great deal in the Relief society, and in Sun day school, and in other lines of church work.
