Notice is hereby given that Nephi City Corporation, by its Mayor, whose post office address is Nephi, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah 1907, as amended by the ses sion Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate forty (40) cubic-feper second of water from Salt Creek, Juab County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at it point which bears Jnorth 74xlegrees 4 minutes east 1,150 feet distant from the east quarter corner of Section 6, Township 13 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will be convayed by means of a flume, ditch and a pipe line.for adistance of approximately 15,840 feet and there used during the period from January 1, to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting and propelling machinery in Nephi and vicinity. After having been so diverted and used, the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stream, at a point which bears south (! degrees 50 minutes east 1,1 3(1 feet distant from the west quarter corner of Section 1, Township 13 south, Hange 1 east, bait Lake base and meridian.
