Show AHUM! AM MRS. AFTON FULLMEB Memorial Day was a time for seeing a lot o people who had come to the cemeteries. Eugene and Nr.yon Young and son, Dan, of Ely, Nev. called on us for a few minutes. They had visited the cemetery and were on their way to Provo to the graduation exercises for their daughter Mara Lee from BYU college. Harvey and Florence Young, of Ely, were also going there for their daughter, Millie's graduation. Joe and Beverly Young and family fam-ily of Salt Lake were at the Alva Young home over the holiday. Their little boy, Scott, went with Alva and Emily on the cattle drive. Mrs. Margaret Taylor has had her phone installed so all her friend", can call her. Rod Fullmer lias completed one year of Trade Tech in Provo and will be home for the summer. Our grandsons, Keith and Owen Fullmer of Crested Bute, Colo, were here May 29. Owen will stay and paint his grandma Ethel Waters' house and Keith went to a job he has In Calif, with his dad, Ladd, until school starts again. David Poulsen spent a short time in the Tooele Hospital last weekend week-end but Is back to work again. Belated birthday greetings to Tracy Fullmer. I alvays think of it too late. Sorry. Sherman and Gladys Tolbert have had all their children home this weekend except Dorothy. All went to their homes but Wanda Lee and baby, who will visit a few days. Gladys and Sherman went to Monroe to the cemetery with Clark and Reva Bliss last week. Reva's parents are buried there. They were Hunts from Ioa, Wayne Co. Hal and Marie Young went over i to Delta Memorial Day to visit their ! grandmother, Mario Taylor and . Follet and to visit Marie's mother, Phoebe Tavlor Bushnell who came , from Salt Lake for the holiday. Someone told me we were going I to have better mosquito abatement .this year but - they are eating us up alive here in Abraham. The I drains have all got water in and the spring has been damp. I guess that is the reason. Floyd and Cleone Tolbert drove to Page, Ariz, last week and met their son, Sherril and family of Phoenix for a visit returning home Sunday evening. Last week we missed having Steven Lovell listed as being M.C. at the Crandal Nielson wedding. He did $ fine job and it was nice to have him home for a visit. Roberta Dutson and the children are visiting her folks this week at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burton Lovell and Mr. and Mrs. Emery Dutson. Mr. and Mrs Walter Peterson and children, Janice, Mary and Howard, of Salt Lake spent the Memorial Day weekend with his mother, Mrs. Aretta Peterson. Mr. Bryon Nielson and his father-in-law, Mr. Reid brought his father, Peter Nielson, home from San Antonio, An-tonio, Texas, arriving late Sunday evening. Peter has spent most of the winter with Bryon's family before be-fore they move to Germany. Bryon has employment with the government govern-ment and will be gone for two years. He and Mr. Reid returned to their Texas homeland on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert A Nielson and famiiy visited from Fillmore with their father, Peter Nielson and Bryon on Memorial Day, and with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence East. Mr. and Mrs Gayle Nielson and in helping build a better Utah, Oppose liquor-by-the-Drinli family left on Wednesday to visit relatives, Mr and Mrs. Fred Lyninn at Blanding and returned Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Max Cox and child ren entertained Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderson and Macel Anderson at dinner and their home evening on Wednesday. Congratulations to Newell Anderson Ander-son and Vance Finlinson on their accomplishment o f graduating from the BYU. Newell graduated in the field of Arts and Sciences and will teach school at Kearns this coming winter. Vance is graduating with a masters' degree in Political Science. Also congratulations to Barry Anderson who graduates from Snow College. Congratulations again to Sharon Stuart who graduated in the school of business from the Trade Tech In Provo. Now she is just wailing for a job which she expects very soon. Mr. and Mrs. Andy Mikesell of Cedar visited their pare.its, Mr. and Mrs. Maiben Jp.eobson and family for the holiday and weekend. The family of Mrs. Florence Lyman Ly-man are camping in the canyon this week and visiting friends and relatives. . Mr. and Mrs. Newell Anderson came on Wednesday to visit their mother, Mrs. Helen Anderson. Friday Fri-day evening they attended graduation gradua-tion exercises for Newell at Provo. Saturday they enjoyed a day at the temple' together where they visited another son, Bryant. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Adams of Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif, visited Mrs. Helen Anderson and attended Newell's graduation. Mrs. Viola had her daughters, daugh-ters, Margaret Jorgenson of Ogden and Jeanene Beutler of Smithfield visit her on Monday of last week. They had a lovely day together. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Finlinson and baby visited their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Dwaine Finlinson and other relatives and friends. They have spent the winter in Montana where Ken taught school. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Finlinson enjoyed en-joyed a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Carl Whatcott and family of Beaver and Mr. p.nd Mrs. Paul Finlinson of Arizona. Paul and Joyce came to take their son, Flint back to Ariz. Flint has been staying with Bryce and Edith the past month and attending at-tending school. Mr. and Mrs. Vivian (Emily) Wade of Fillmore and their daughter, daugh-ter, Betty Green (a granddaughter of Mrs. LeRoy Walker) visited Mr. and Mrs. Walker.
