Don't compare programs that pay a fixed amount of money with Blue CrossBlue Shield which pay in service, not dollars. There is no comparison because you cannot predict or compute how much or what will be needed when unexpected accident or illness occurs. The Blue CrossBlue Shield certificate lists benefit in terms of service not as fixed amounts of money. Blue CrossBlue Shield will provide this necessary care regardless of cost. The Blue CrossBlue Shield system of service bene- iv fits is the only realistic protection against the cost of hospital-medical-surgical care. It's the best buy dollar-for-dollar for you and your employee. A careful comparison will confirm this fact. Talk to a specialist from Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
