Anv one. boys or girls, from 12 years of age and up is eligible to join end may ride saddle or bare back. They would like one supervisor from each ward. There is no charge, just come and have fun. They plan to put on marches, dances, pony races and stunts. The purpose of the club is to have fun, learn horsemanship and help curb juvenile delinquency, caused from nothing to do. Next meeting will be Saturday at 7 p. m. at the Hinckley Rodeo grounds, so come and elect your officers and join, in the fun. They will meet each Saturday at 7 p. m. at the Rodeo grounds. Mr. and Mrs. George Faris and children of Covina, Califonia, spent ' last weekend visiting a brother, Robert Faris, and family and their parents, Mr. and Ms. Bert Faris, of Tooele. Robert Faris drove to Tooele, Saturday night where he picked up his mother and father, Ann and Bert Faris, and drove to Ovid Idaho, where they attended the funeral services for Mrs. Faris' sister, Mary. Donnie Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Stewart is home on leave from the Navy. The show this week will be "Captain Light Foot," with Rock Hudson and Barbra Rush, plus the cartoon "Tre Crazy Mixed-up Pup." Be sure and buy your veterans' poppy Thursday. This is our way of helping those hospitalized, disabled dis-abled veterans who gave so much for us. Elders Meet in Albuquerque Elder Raymond Callister, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lathel Callister of Delta, and Ellder Elvin Tanner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Tan ner of Hinckley, have their headquarters head-quarters in Albuquerque, N. M. Elder Callister is district mission president of the South West Indian mission and Elder Tanner is district dis-trict president of the Spanish American Am-erican mission. Thurs. May 24, 1956. In Coming Home From Hospital Mrs. William B. Pratt (Mary) is expected home from the Tooele Valley hospital on Thursday, Mrs. Pratt has been in the hospital at Tooele since April 29 recovering from a heart attack. She will be brought to Hinckley by her son Mr. Leigh B. Pratt of Tooele at whose home she was visiting when she was taken ill. Although Mrs. Pratt has recovered re-covered a great deal she will be confined to her bed most of the summer. Mrs. Pratt has been supervisor of the Hinckley lunch room for the past six years. She was on a trip up north with her husband who was to receive medical a-tention a-tention at a Salt Lake haspital when she took ill. Mrs. Pratt wishes to thank everyone for the hundreds of cards and letters she received during the past month. Fellowship To Merlin Forster Merlin H. Forster, son of Ila Forster For-ster of Delta, will be graduated from the Brigham Young University Univ-ersity on June 1 with a degree of bachelor of Arts. He has been el-?cted el-?cted to the Phi Kappa Phi, a nat-:onal nat-:onal honorary scholastic society !or the graduating class. He has accepted a fellowship valued at $1200 for the school year olus remission of tuition and fees it the University of Illinois at Ur-bana, Ur-bana, 111. There he will continue work in Spanish and Latin American Ameri-can studies. He and his wife, Velda Naegle Forster, and three children, Celia, David and Angela, will leave later in the summer to make their home in Urbana. The Kitchen Chefettes The Kitchen Chefettes 4-H club met Tuesday, May 22. Margaret Sanderson opened the meeting with prayer. Song and pledge was led by Diane Lovell. Secretary Dianne Pace read the minutes. Our teacher demonstrated how to make white sauce. Then we all made some.
