When necessary the water from point No. 1 will be permitted to flow down the natural channel to point No. 2 and be diverted, to gether with the .25 sec.-ft. of water from point No. 2, by pump, and conveyed a distance of 325 ft to place of use, where it will be used for milling and mining pur poses.
