The danger, described in a committee commit-tee report at the convention of American Veterinary Medical association, asso-ciation, lies in tlie fact that deer and elk are natural carriers of a tiny parasite called "fascloloides magna." In deer and elk, the parasite para-site does little harm and rarely causes noticeable illness. In cattle and sheep, it causes the disease "liver fluke." The committee asked for alertness where sheep range over territory occupied by deer or elk.
