Mr. Herb Bauer of Jackson, Wyo., is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Smith. Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Mower of Provo, visited Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Seth Littleford. Miss Vea Jean Brown soent the week end in Salt Lake City, with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. j. tagan. Mr. and Mrs. Don G over and family, Salt Lake City, visited witn Mrs. AiDert none Sunday. Mrs. Shlrlef Powell spent an enjoyable time in Salt Lake City Monaay visiting witn ner son Lorin. Mrs. E. Blondell of Salt Lake Citv. is a guest at the home of Mr. ana Mrs. syivesuer tvans. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew.' Trane and Dolores attended the basketball bas-ketball tournament in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Trane remained for the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Trane. The program in Sacrament meeting in the Fourth ward Sunday evening, was presented by a group from the Brigham Young university. Miss Betty Christofferson arranged for the students to come. Two speakers and two musical numbers were directed by a Miss Jones from the school. Mrs. Charlotte Lewis and Mrs. Jennie Nostrum were dinner guests of Mrs. Geneva Stewart Monday. Celebrating her birthday, which falls on Wednesday, March 17, Mrs. Dean Prior was honored at a family dinner Sunday. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Boyack, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Boy-ack, Boy-ack, and children. Carol and Al len, Mrs. Jack K. Finch and three children. Mrs. Anne Harrv- man and Mrs. Lottie Larsen. all of Spanish Fork, and Mr. and Mrs. Reed Bills and son Kenney, sait LaKe city. Mrs. L. E. Russon was a Provo visitor Saturday. Mrs. J. P. FIRESIDE CHAT HELD IN FOURTH WARD A fireside chat was held in the Fourth ward Sundav. following Sacrament meeting, at the home oi miss Eunice Ross. Miss Joyce Gray assisted in serving supper to a large group of Junior Girls and Senior Scouts present. Grant Christofferson of the Ward Bishopric was the speaker. He presented an interestiner dis course on "Clean Speech and the Choosing of Proper Companions." "OLD TIMER" ATTENDS DINNER DANCE Escorted by her son, Boyd Stice, Mrs. Alice Stice reports a very enjoyable evening spent at the Hotel Utah, in the Lafayette Ballroom Saturday. They at tended the annual dinner aance given by the Union Pacific Railroad Rail-road Co., Mrs. Stice is an honor ary member of the Laaies auxiliary aux-iliary of the "Old Timers" club; her husband had served 45 years with the company. The Hunters Joined Mr and Mrs. Wanlass for a visit in Salt Lake City on Sunday. They called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. U. A. Jones, there. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Littleford visited Saturday in Pleasant Grove, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Deveraux.
