Upon retirement, Erma and Gerald moved back to Utah and made their home in Salt Lake City. Erma became very proficient at decorative painting and woodcarving. She made some fast friends who met together weekly to share their interests. Erma had a sunny disposition dispo-sition that attracted people to her and made them friends for life. She will be missed. She is survived by her husband and four children: Geraldine (George) Burn-side, Burn-side, Littleton, CO, Christine Chris-tine Felton, Ogden, David (Terri) Klemm, Somers, N.Y., Donald (Joan) Klemm, Sterling, VA, 11 grandchildren grandchil-dren and 20 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by five brothers and sisters: Barbara Stiefvater, North Hollywood, CA, Eva Sherwood, Sher-wood, Lehi, Paul (Jeanne) Christofferson, Draper, Richard Christofferson, Lehi, and Leo (Betty) Christofferson, Costa Mesa, CA. She was preceded in death by four siblings: Ruth Wilcox, Betty Raymond, George Christofferson and David Christofferson. Artists in music and the fine arts have joined together for an evening of praise to the Savior. Shipman belongs to a professional ensemble group called Jubilate and its some 20 members are scheduled to appear on March 28 during the music program that begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Lehi East LDS Stake Center, 851 N. 1200 East. Miss Lehi royalty, the Lehi Jordan River Stake Choir, Lehi West Stake Primary Pri-mary Choir, the Lehi 22nd Ward and Eaglecrest 1st Ward Choir and commu nity soloists will join Jubilate for more than an hour of Christian musical worship. wor-ship. He fought a courageous battle against Alzheimer's. He was a loving lov-ing husband, father, and grandfather, who enjoyed walks, especially on the beach, the great outdoors, and playing with his grandchildren. grand-children. He was born Nov. 20, 1940 in Memphis, TN, the son of David Newell Boston Sr. and Pearl Irene Smith. He married Geraldine (Ger-rie) (Ger-rie) Thompson on June 5, 1958 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 33 years and served in the Air Force. He was a member of the LDS Church and a member of the UP. Railroad Union and golf team.
