Jenessa Je-nessa is very faithful at studying her scriptures. She is an example to her family. She just graduated form Lone Peak High School and has a scholarship in dance to University Uni-versity of Utah. She is a wonderful wonder-ful daughter and we are proud of her for achieving this award. Shelby Frampton Shelby Alyse Frampton, 15, recently re-cently earned her Young Womanhood Woman-hood Recognition Award. Shelby is really good at keeping a journal, jour-nal, setting goals and following through with them. She earned this award while in the 9th grade at Mountain Ridge Junior High School. One of her goals was accomplished ac-complished by getting straight A's throughout junior high. She has a 4.0 GPA going into high school. We are so proud of her and her desire to choose right. Carlos Viitanen Lewis, Keate Carlos Viitanen, son of Marko and Amalia Viitanen of Lehi, received his Eagle Scout award on June 14th, 2008 in a Court of Honor held in Lehi. He started his Eagle project in troop 180 and finished it as member of troop 1 143 which is part of Lehi district. For his Eagle service project he painted the map of Unites States of America on the play ground of Meadow Elementary Elemen-tary in Lehi. In this project he not only learned service but also leadership and team work. He is thankful to his fellow scouts and leaders who helped him achieve this project. . He is now junior in Lehi High School and plays football for the Lehi Pioneers as a line backer. He plays the violin and the bag pipe and belongs to the Utah Pipe Band. He is a straight A student, and an excellent brother and son. We are proud of him and his achievements. Robert and Jeanette Keate of Lehi are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Brent to Co-reyAnn Co-reyAnn Lewis, daughter of Steve and Christy Lewis, of Hillsboro, Oregon in the Mount Timpanogos temple on June 27, 2008. A reception recep-tion will be held in their honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m., at the LDS chapel located at 650 East 3200 North in Lehi. Corey Ann graduated from Glencoe High School in 2005. She Ls currently attending BYU and will graduate next spring with a degree in exercise science. Brent graduated from Lehi High School in 2004. He served in the Philippines Bacolod Mission. Brent is currently attending the University of Utah and is majoring major-ing in pre-medical biology. Skidmore, Raff Brent and Marsha Skidmore of American Fork are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Stephanie to Erik Raff, son of Gail and the late Dayle Raff of Pleasant Grove. They have chosen to be married on Friday, June 27, 2008. Family and friends will celebrate their marriage in a garden reception to be held that same evening in their honor at Thanksgiving Point Loggia Log-gia Rose Garden. They will make their first home in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Eldon and Sharon Ives of Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, Utah are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Renae Ives, to Joshua Scott Monson, son of E. Scott and Debra Moason of Woodland, Washington. The couple will be mtirried in the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple on June 28, 2008. A garden gar-den reception will be held in their honor that evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Ives residence. Renae is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School and BYU-Idaho BYU-Idaho and is currently working on her Master's degree at BYU. She served in the Missouri Independence Indepen-dence Mission. Josh graduated from LaCenter High School and will graduate in April with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from BYU. He served an LDS mission to Spokane, Spo-kane, Washington.
