Mr. Pratt came to American Fork when but a young man and lived here for a number of years, being engaged In the sheep and- cattle business. ' He was married mar-ried to Miss Sadie Greene of this city who was a sister to-f Jesse and Alva Orwne, residents . of this city, now, and she died about 21 years sgo. In 1902, he moved to Idaho, having purchased pur-chased a large ranch at Blackfoot, and ia 1908 moved hie family back to Salt Lake, being associated- with a Boston wool dealers firm. He Is survived sur-vived by a widow, four sons and one daughter. ' Interment was ' made ' In, the city cemetery Salt Lake. .
