The couple will be married in the Mount Timpanogos IDS Temple Tem-ple on Thursday, Jury 17, 2008. A garden reception will be held in their honor that evening from 7.00 to 9.00 p.m. at Wadley Farms. An open house win be held in Enterprise Enter-prise on Saturday, July 19, 2008 Heidi is a graduate of Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove High School and LOS Seminary. She Is enrolled in the nursing program at Dixie State College. Mike graduated from Enterprise Enter-prise High School and IDS Seminary. Semi-nary. He served an IDS mission to Belo Horizonte. Brazil. He is working as an agent for McAllister McAl-lister Insurance while pursuing a degree In business marketing at Dixie State College. The couple will make their first home in Washington, Utah. Edna was born July 16, 1918 in Taber, Alberta, Canada. The daughter of Bert and Zora Haws Holman. Her parents owned a dairy farm where Edna learned to work very hard. She married Stanley Leavitt in 1944 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada. Can-ada. They moved to Provo. Utah on July 4, 1952 and then moved to Or em in 1956 where she has resided ever since. She supported her husband as he served in the Alpine School Educational System, Orem City Government and Utah Legislature. They were presented the Orem Family of the Year Award in 1986. She and her husband served a mission to Zimbabwe, Africa in 1983-1985. They enjoyed family outings at their family cabin at Scofield, Utah. She and her late husband were the parents of seven children: Raymond (Laura) Leavitt, Betty (Tracy) Eyre, Carey (Kurt) Lloyd, Diane (Ken) Kirk, Donna Southward, South-ward, JoAnn Chandler Parkinson, and Larry Leavitt. deceased. 19 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 11 great -great -grandchildren have blessed her life.
