Attendance is required both days to get credit for the class. Cost is $10 per student and class size Ls limited to 20 students. Dance The Saturday night dance at the center from 8-1 1 will feature "Come Dance with Us" and admission Ls $5 per person. Blood pressure clinic Utah Home Health is sponsoring a blood pressure clinic from 10 a.m. to noon on June 24 at the center. Community Nursing Services will be spoasoring a clinic at the same times on June 27. Variety show There will le a senior variety show at noon on June 24 at the center. Trips and Tours Seniors are allowed only to sign up for themselves and a spouse or a senior-aged friend. Current Cur-rent (Jrem Senior Friendship Center memberships are required re-quired for all participants on the tours. Sign-ups for July tours are being taken through June 30. Indiana Bones The bus leaves on July 9 at 1 p.m. for the iX-seret Star Theatre in Murray for an "Indiana Bones" show. Cost is $12. World Folkfest A small bus will leave at 8 a.m. for the Springville World Folkfest on July 17. Cost is $0. Never Kiss The bus is leaving at 6 p.m. on July 21 for the Valley Center Playhouse in Lindon to see "Never Kiss On a Park Bench." Cost is $5. Meals are cooked at Utah Valley Regional Re-gional Medical Center and are furnished by Mountainland Association of Governments. Luncheons The suggested donation for the meal is $2 for 60-plus seniors and $4.90 for those 59 years old and younger. MENU Friday Roast beef and gravy, baked potato and sour cream, green beans, tossed salad and ranch dressing, brownie and whole wheat roll. Monday Chicken sandwich, potato salad, banana, chocolate cake. Tuesday Lima beans and ham, sliced beets, vitamin salad and ranch dressing, chocolate pudding and whipped topping, corn bread. Wednesday Chicken pot pie and gravy, broccoli, gelatin salad, oatmeal oat-meal raisin cookie and whole wheat roll. Elaine Schow 80th Birthday June Elaine Schow celebrated her 80th birthday with family and friends on Saturday. May 24. A birthday dinner was held for family fam-ily members followed by an open house where family and friends were able to visit with her and wish her a happy birthday. The evening culminated in a dance which all enjoyed. Sharing in the evening's events were her 5 children. 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
