Carter, son of Val and Keri Carter, of Lehi. received his Eagle Scout Award Sept. 18, in a Court of Honor. He is a member of Troop 926, sponsored by Lehi 16th Ward. For his Eagle service project, he made 60 wooden toy cars to be donated do-nated to schools in South America. He is in the 9th grade at Willow Creek Middle School. He is a member of FFA and is on the honor roll. He is also a member of the Lehi Pioneers Ninth Grade Football Team.
