Scott Liddell, the new teacher who has taken Harold Knudsen's place as a teacher of seventh and eighth grade math and science, was formerly from Logan. Utah, and is at present staying in Orem. He ts married and has three children. A graduate from the U.S.A.C in Logan, he majored in math and minored in physics. Something colorful has been added to Lincoln's faculty. Her name is Marcene Camp who is originally from Pocatello, Idaho, Ida-ho, but who is now living in Provo. She graduated from the B.Y.U. last vear where she maj ored in vocal music and minor ed in English. She is teaching junior high English and history. Miss Camp is taking over the classes that; were taught by Miss Reynolds Mr. and Mrs. Keith Davis are priud parents of a 7 lb. son born Beb. 17th at the Utah Valley Hospital. Mrs. Davis is the for mer Maxine Varley, daughter, of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell P. Varley. Var-ley. The Varleys are overjoyed as boys are rare in the family.) Mr- Varley was the only son in j a family of seven girls, Mr. and! Mrs. Lowell Varley had six girls and their first grandchild was a girl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Judd. This prize boy is their iseoond grandchild. Mrs. Clea Fish from California Califor-nia was a visitor at the home of her father, George Selman, last week. Above are shown laboratory experts at the Center inoculating a ferret with garglings received from Yugoslavia. After examination and typing of the virus, the information obtained will be sent to Yugoslavia and details of the world incidence of influenza will be made known.
