Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 2. Penally. Failure to leave a ten-foot passageway clear upon any side walk when receiving or deliver ing goods, wares or merchandise, or failure to remove said goods, wares or merchandise from said sidewalk within a period of one hour is punishable by fine in any sum less than $50.00 or imprisonment im-prisonment in the County Jail for not more than 30 days- ARTICLE LX Section 1, Use of streets.
