Mrs. Mecham Mech-am is the former Helen Mitchell, rf.nipMer of Mr. and Mrs. Gor- finn Y. Mitchell. Mr. Mecham is the son of Mr. and Mrs R. Mecham. The young couple were married mar-ried on Tuesday in the Salt Lake Temple. They were accom-panied accom-panied through the Temple by Mrs. Earl Mecham, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Y. Jaycee Wives Officers Hold Business Meeting- The officers and directors of the Orem Javcee Wives met at the home of Mrs. Max Pederson to discuss their summer program and to make plans for the coming com-ing year. The new officers of the organization organ-ization will be installed at the regular dinner meeting planned for early June. A canyon party for Jaycee Wives and their Husbands Hus-bands was planned and Mrs. Grant Young was named chairman chair-man of the affair. Two other members of the fam ily graduated from Lincoln and ten graduated from the same high school in Iowa. There are seven boys and six girls in the family. One of the boys, Wayne Hall, will graduate from the University of Iowa with a Ph. D. on June 4. Varieties Club Elects New Officers Mrs. Ethel Christensen was named president of the Varieties club at their annual election meeting held last week at the hnmp of Mrs. Eva Pratt, with Mrs. Zina Ercanbrack as host ess. Other officers elected were Mrs. LaVell Peterson, vice president; pres-ident; Mrs. Donna Pyne, secretary; secret-ary; Mrs. Frances Brown, Mrs-Zina Mrs-Zina Ercanbrack and Mrs. Leo-la Leo-la Sackett. entertainment com mittee; and Mrs. Katie Mitchell, reporter.
