Three gospels tell how little children were brought before Christ at His request. In Great Falls, Mont., townspeople were transplanting the request into terms of modern children. Fifteen Fif-teen Protestant churches joined to provide home classes in religion re-ligion for about 400 boys and girls who did not attend Sunday schools, seldom if ever went to church. During five weeks, 37 homes had opened their doors for the classes, women of the church sat on the floor with the children and ld them tales of the Bible, half of the children have asked the parents to pick a regular Sunday school for them. The blood stream becomes poluted, and you feel positively ill. "THOUGHT" Thought affects the system: happy thoughts tones and energizes en-ergizes the body, and makes for health, painful ones depresses. It is safe to say many illness had its origin in a temper tantrum, tan-trum, or an emotional spree or just an over dose of the wrong attitude towards life. "A HAPPY MEDIUM" Some people are either soaring soar-ing up in the clouds, with Joy or wallowing in the mud of despair. des-pair. They never strike a happy hap-py medium, or that down to earth attitude. They keep every body they come in contact with, in a quandry. "JOY" Many .people die instantly, from becoming rlchTon the other hand I have known men made wealthy, from some good fortune, for-tune, loose all sense of balance. One such man went on a spending spend-ing spree and in a short time was back as labour, contented in starting over. "REVERSES" Then there are the individu als that can't take reverses, some of them shoot or hang themselves, them-selves, others let misfortune rob them of their mental or physical phy-sical health. To use insanity for an escape, from facing reality, real-ity, or the facts of life, is a poor substitute for good judgment "In the language of youth, a good phase is to take it all in your stride". Let reverses put metal in you, buck up, we have a work to do our nation needs us, let's give it our best. "ANALYZE" Analyze yourself, be fair are you feeling tip top; thinking in terms of common sense? Have you all your emotions under control? con-trol? If not try keeping the emotions jogging along the middle mid-dle of life's road. "JOGGING ALONG THE MIDDLE OF LIFE'S ROAD" " Now more than anytime since the last World War; when hysteria hys-teria swept over the land, later false prosperity, then the never ending depression NOW is the time for sane thinking. "A DOSE OF COMMON ' SENSE" A Dose of Common Sense Would Suffice, if we were a sensible people. It has been said, "we are a smart Nation, with brilliant people", but definitely defin-itely not a sensible people. "A Challenge" I challenge you to think about this, doesn't it just make your. blood boil; when you hear of the injustices heaped upon a peace loving country Listen to any news broadcast, read the head lines of any news paper, and up goes the blood pressure- TEAR" Think of the hysteria brought on by fear indeed fear of some things that never happen (to Us). Fear is the root of more illness than we give it credit. Fear, Hysteria, and Epidemics, that wage a war on mankind, are more deadly than bombs. "HATE" Hate is like a cancer, it grows and grows until it consumes the normal emotions, poisons the body, warps the soul, and de-teriates de-teriates the mind. A healthy distaste for an. iniustice and some constructive , thinking and planning, would make for better way of life. HAVE YOURTIRES J.OST THEIR. VITALITY r. dim KB WW; m 'HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU! it.
