Show THIATRICS. College Chums. ThcT. F. O'Malley Comedy Coiu-j3Hj Coiu-j3Hj played College Chums last Saturday Sat-urday night to a house that had it Veo known of the high character of the play and the artists handling the fame the house would have been packed, as it was a fair house met Ihcnr This comedy was played by Mr. O'Malley at his Lyceum Theatre twenty-seven night, the longest run one play has pver had in Salt Lake Cltv, and was the subject for the famous law suit between Chas. Fro-man Fro-man of New York and Mr. O'Malley. Iuring the singing of Miss O'Malley the lady was very much disturbed by m band u hoodlums who snickered and laughed uproarously much to th discomfort of those, who were n.j'iying her ability , as well as she and the entire' company. The great popularity of the piece and this company's line rendition of t has caused a general desire to have it repeated and Mr. O'Malley has concluded con-cluded to return tonight and play again. A crowded house will certainly cer-tainly greet them on their second appearance here. The Payson 2nd ward choir gave a very creditable musical entertainment rl week, entitled, "Queen Esther." Tl o e w ho handled the parts did well and If the piece itself had been a more popular one, the singers could lave created better impressions. The operetta seems to be in the most doleful minor keys to he found with little, if any, lively music to it, hence did not strike the popular fancy. The Discovery Saved his Life. Mr. G Cailouette, Druggist, Beav-ersville, Beav-ersville, ill., says: '"To Dr. King's w Discovery I owe my life. Was taken with La Grippe and tried all the physicians for miles about, but of io avail and was given up and told I could not llv. Having Dr. King's New Discovery in my store I sent for a bottle and began Its use and from the tlrstdose began to get better, and after using three bottles was up and about again. It is worth Its weight in gold. We won't keep store or house without it." Get a free trial at Dr C. J. Peterson's Drug Store. Democratic ticket, let all people know-that know-that he is cudeav'oi'iiig to deceive the public and has no authority of that kind from us. Wc have no disposition disposi-tion to direct in these matters, but proclaim that, as far as we are concerned, con-cerned, the members of this church are entirely and perfectly free in all political affairs. But they should not indulge in ill-feeling or personalities, President George Q. Cannon is absent, but we are sure that if he were here he would sign the declaration with lis. Wilford WoopjiCEF, Joseph F. Smith, Of the Presidency of the Church of Jesas Christ of Latter Day Saints. The above declaration was issued March 17th, 1892. and published in the Deserct News, Mrs. E. E. Davis, of San Miguel, Cal., says: "I am trying in a measure meas-ure to repay the manufacturers of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy for the good the good their remedy has done me. For years I was a constant sufferer suf-ferer from weak lungs and bronchial astmha. My rest at night was disturbed disturb-ed by a hacking cough, so that I felt miserable the greater part of the time. Many remedies recommended by my friends were tried, none of which proved suitable to my case. I did not experience any beneficial results until I began taking Chamberlain's Cham-berlain's Cough Remedy. After two bottles of the large size have been used I am pleased to state, my health is better than It has been for years. The soreness has left my lungs and chest and I can breathe easily. It has done me so much good that I waut all who are suffering from lung troubles, as 1 was, to give it a trial." For sale by all druggists.
