The transportation answering machine has a recording which will give you bus schedule information and can take messages. -' Public works crews are now on duty seven days a week, but ;as they are not always by the phone, their answering machine will also take a message, as well as tell you which superintendent is on duty and give his phone number. In case of an emergency the Park City Police Department ..can reach the public works crew by two-way radio. By calling .sheriffs dispatch at 649-9561, they can reach a police officer who in turn will contact public works and relay the message. (127) Community church school Park City's thriving community Sunday School program is !a joint effort by three Protestant churches. Held each Sunday morning at 9 a.m. at the Park City Community Church, 402 Park Avenue, the classes consist of people from the Community Com-munity Church, Shepherd of the Mountain Lutheran Church and St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Ranging from preschool ages through adults, the enrollment now exceeds 50, and more students are arriving each Sunday. : Sunday School is from 9 until 10 a.m., with worship services at the Park City Community Church (Methodist affiliated) following at 10:15 a.m. During the worship hour, child care is provided for youngsters of kindergarten and below. Mission in Venezuela. ( 127) Auditions for Park City Cabaret '83 Auditions for the Park City Cabaret '83 (or the Silver Queen Strikes Again), a musical revue, will be held at the Kimball Art Center the week of Jan. 31 through Feb. 4. The show will be staged in the Kimball Art Center's Main Gallery Feb. 18 and 19. Dancers and models are needed. Story Time for preschoolers Story Time for preschoolers is held at the Park City Library Thursday at 10 o'clock. Children ages three to five are welcome, visitors as well as residents. (120) Counseling for low-income families Because of a recent federal grant, the Park City Family Counseling Institute is offering counseling services to low-income low-income families and single-parent families. Fees are on a sliding scale according to income. The Institute is open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and evenings by appointment. (tfn) Community Clinic services The Park City Community Clinic, a nonprofit family planning plan-ning program, will hold clinics in January. Appointments are available for morning, afternoon and evening clinics. Services offered include physical exams, pap tests, counseling coun-seling and education, VD screening, pregnancy testing and contraceptive supplies. Costs for these services are minimal. No one will be denied use of the clinic, and all services are confidential. For information or an appointment, please call 649-5989. Psychic workshop A psychic awareness workshop has been scheduled at Park City's Kimball Art Center Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 29 and 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The workshop will be taught by Mary St. Clair, a Salt Lake transplant who has taught psychic awareness workshops through Westminster College. She was also the winner of the National Enquirer's Psychic Picture contest held last year. As the winner of the contest, she successfully identified and described a secret photograph selected by the tabloid's editors. The workshop will cover meditation, getting in touch with your spirit guides, seeing your spirit guides, seeing auras, past lives regressions, psychometry, psychic protection, posture awareness, color healing, mental telepathy and seeing own past lives. (120) Ceramics at Kimball A six-week ceramics class will be taught at the Kimball Art Center beginning Monday, Jan. 24 and ending March 2. Eric Christiansen will instruct students on approaches to functional fun-ctional pottery, hand-building and tile-making, low fire raku and high firing stoneware. The course will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Cost for the course is $55 for Kimball Art Center members and $65 for nonmembers. In addition all students must pay a $20 materials fee. Students are encouraged to register early since the maximum number of students will be eight.
