This will develop a full, free i . L - swing as tney mature into aauus. The major problem with people who start golf later in life is that they have not trained their 'muscles to reach this full stretched out backswing position and thus make an ab breviated pass at the ball. i 1 - L' If h it you nave a junior siarung gun, encourage Hthem to make a big, smooth, long backswing. By not walking, they ffs out on the possibilities fxercise in transit, feople who rarely walk we than around the block th a doe on a leash probably say: "What about conserving my own energy? If I walk anywhere I'll be too tired for anything else." Well, once you get in shape, you'll have more energy than ever. Lack of exercise contributes to that fatigued feeling. And walking is one of the best and easiest body conditioners. Contrary to what some joggers may think, exercise does not have to be painful to be beneficial. Just because walking is so natural, its fitness benefits should not be overlooked. Most people can get as much benefit from briskly walking three miles a day as from jogging them. But the key word here is briskly. You've got to keep up enough of a pace about 15 minutes a mile-to get your heart beating at 70 to 85 percent of its maximum rate. Shuffling along with your hands in your pockets and your eyes to the ground, while better than sitting in a ear, won't benefit you as much as a good, brisk walk. Don't be afraid to stand up straight, swing your arms, and keep up a good pace. So put on a comfortable pair of shoes and do something that's beneath you! Get out and walk for health and enjoyment. For example, there are two distinct types of transmission fluids. Dexron 1 1 is the most common and most universally used. But, there are exceptions. Ford and Lincoln-Mercury Lincoln-Mercury lines use "Type F" fluid. There is a crucial difference between Dexron 1 1 and "Type F" and the two should never be interchanged.
