Tho former Melanle Shuput was wed to Banco Decker in Salt Lake City on Saturday, April 10. Mrs. Decker, 23, works for a national accounting firm which recently opened an office In Salt Lake City. She graduated rom the University of Utah in 1975, majoring In accounting and management. The Salt Lake native is a former ski instructor who enjoys tennis, water skiing, camping, painting and Park City. I Mr. Decker, 25, who has served as Park City Recorder since November of 1973, has recanted threats to iaave Park City which he made earlier In the year.
