Complaints Filed Against A. F. Man Criminal action was insntnfni against Ervin Devey of American Fork in three complaints filed in the city court that charge him with entering two American Fork garages and stealing goods. He is charged with entering the Martin Mar-tin Nielson Auto company on November 30. the American Fork Motor company on December 24 and of stealing the automobile of E. P. McGrew on December 26. Devey was brought back to Utah county by members of the Utah county sheriffs office a week ago and held for charges after officers in southern Utah had captured him with the stolen car. VV c knew it. Shaw, a Denver engineer. : The ruins lie approximately 60 miles" west of Mesa Verde National park. Word of his death came as a terrific phocfc to his many friends, most of whom were not aware of his illness. Mr. Richmond was a native of Provo, born November 1, ,1S82, the son of Joseph B. and Emma urton Richmond. After completing complet-ing his elementary schooling, he attended the -Brigham Young academy, graduating from the commercial department. He entered the service of the Provo Commercial and Savings bank immediately following his graduation, continuing more than 30 years, until the bank was closed in March. Beginning as a bookkeeper, he won steady advancement ad-vancement in recogniton of his ability, being promoted to teller, assistant cashier and finally as cashier during the last two years. He was associated with the Sanitary Market for many years and served as treasurer of the business at the time of his death. He married Winifred Naylor in 1912. She survives him, witlf four daughters: Dorothy, Dixie, Ruth and Mjmlyju, four sisters, Mrs. Frank Speckart, Provo; Mrs. Pol ly Smith, Weiser, Idaho; Mrs. J. B. Waters. Idaho Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Florence Carruthers, Bur-lingame, Bur-lingame, Calif.; two brothers. Everett Richmond, Provo, and William Richmond, Provo.
