NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Municipal Building Authority Act, Tide 17 A, Chapter 3, Part 9, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on August 21, 2006, the Governing Board (the Governing Board of the Municipal Building Authority of Uintah County, Utah (the Issuer) adopted a parameters param-eters resolution (the Resolution) in which it authorized the issuance by the Issuer of its Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds (the Bonds) in the aggregate aggre-gate principal amount of not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000), to bear no interest, to mature in not more than thirty-five thirty-five (35) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than one hundred percent per-cent (100) of the total principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest to the date of delivery. The Bonds will be issued pursuant to the Resolution, and an Authorizing Resolution and a Master Resolution (collectively, the Final Bond Resolutions), to be adopted authorizing and confirming the sale of the Bonds for the purpose of (i) financing in part the acquisition and construction construc-tion of various improvements improve-ments for the benefit of Uintah County, Utah (the County), including, without with-out limitation, a building and related improvements to house the Tri-County Health Department; and (ii) paying issuance expenses to be incurred in connection with the issuance and sale of the Bonds.
