Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front entrance steps of the Courts Building, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, on July 16, 1991, at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, recorded July 10, 1985, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 706962, in Book 1042, Page 1119, executed by Rod Dee Barlow and Jainie A. Barlow (husband and wife,) as Trustors, in which Associated Title Company was named as the Trustee and Gibraltar MoneyCenter, Inc. was named nam-ed as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Cor-poration, as Receiver for Gibraltar Savings, Sav-ings, F.A., covering real property located at Davis County, Utah, (approximate (approx-imate property address: 1438 South 50 West, Farmington, Utah) and more particularly par-ticularly described on the attached Exhibit Ex-hibit "A." EXHIBIT "A" All of Lot 40B, AEGEAN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, PLAT "B' zero lot line amended, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah.
