Show Geneva S. Smith BOUNTIFUL Geneva Ruth Simmons Smith, age 83, died Sept. 19, 1989 at her home in Bountiful. . She was bom April 13, 1906, in Russellville, Ken. to Cleveland S. and Phoebe Dell Smith Simmons. She married W. H. Smith on Dec. 17, 1925, in Clarksville, Tenn. He preceded her in death on March 12, 1973. Geneva was active in the Episcopal Epis-copal Church, St Margaret's Guild and the St Mark's Hospital Auxiliary, Auxil-iary, where she earned her 3000-hour 3000-hour pin. Other affiliations included the Democratic Women's Club and the Union Pacific Railroad .'Woman's Auxiliary. She spent many hours in church and community com-munity work. " She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and George H. Barkdull; grandchildren, Cleve Barkdum and Carenlee Barkdull; great-grandchildren, George Miles Barkdull and Matthew . James Barkdull, all of Bountiful. '. Graveside services were held Friday, Sept 22, 1989, at 1 1 a.m., in the Bountiful City Cemetery. Funeral Fu-neral directors:.
