Show Spring rings wedding bells for couples The advent of spring ans wedding bells for University couples. As k late spring and summer months approach, Spring fm hits the masses. The result is the great numbers of people who take their raws o Holy Matrimony in May, June, July, August and September wedding season sea-son of this area. School is over for a while, ml married life is made iut a little bit easier to adjust ad-just to. And yet, a wedding in the vrcj's is not too easy to plan. Arrangements for wedding' wed-ding' and reception facilities must be made. The bride must select her attendants. Invitations must be ordered and then addressed. The wedding gown must be ordered ord-ered months in advance. Pressures increase as the young couple, especially the soon-to-be bride must make plans for the catering, the flowers, a good photographer photogra-pher and the cake. The list of things to do goes on and on. The weeks immediately preceeding the ceremony are j v V j ; 7 ; Sim-: J 4 J a most trying time for the usual engaged couple. Last minute arrangements must be made, the license must be bought, and all last minute details must be taken care of. The excitement of the wedding breakfast and reception re-ception that is usual in this area, to say nothing of the many showers beforehand, leaves the bride tired. Many young brides complain that by the time the wedding comes, they are too exhausted exhaus-ted to enjoy the day (and the night) . The wedding plans are exciting, but plans must also be made for the life that the young couple is to assume together, after the vows are taken. Probably the first problem is finding a place to live. Whether it be an apartment or a house, the search usually usual-ly takes several weeks, especially es-pecially when working with the budget of the typical college col-lege student. Finding the place is just a beginning. After that comes painting, decorating and fixing up in general. From observation, most inexpensive in-expensive places need a great deal of fixing up! Then comes the task of finding furniture to put in the place.
