FILIBUSTER PRACTICE: The Utah Society for the Expansion and Preservation of Buncom will meet tonight in the Stadium parking lot to discuss at great length possible by-laws revisions during the coming com-ing week. Don't forget to bring your thesaurus and a stack of old editorials. WHERE ARE WE?: A map of the booths at the Activity Carnival is on display today in the Student Activities Center.
