Show RETAIL GROCERS PLAN SEPT. 23 CONVENTION The future of the independent indepen-dent "home owned" grocery store will be discussed at the annual convention of the Utah Retail Grocers Assn., Sept. 25 and 26, at Hotel Utah. J. P. Alien, president of the association, states that the highlights of the convention will be devoted to the improved methods of modern merchandising merchan-dising of food distributin. Mr. Aiien further states that the work sessions of the convention conven-tion will be divided up into various clinics devoted to the itudy and analyzing of the various operations in the grocery groc-ery store. Anti-trust law trends and enforcement en-forcement will be discussed by Henry Bison, of Washington, D. C. A meat sales clinic will be conducted, |
