Show BULLETIN ON "YEAST BREADS" IS READY Housewives, children, and especially es-pecially husbands should be delighted de-lighted with a new bulletin published pub-lished by Utah State Agricultural Agricul-tural College Extension Service entitled, "Enjoy Yeast Breads. Both Plain and Fancy." Bread making suggestions in this bulletin have been adapted to meet conditions common throughout Utah. In our high altitude and dry atmosphere, we have problems in bread making quite different from those found in lower elevations and more moist climates. We need more liquid, less yeast, more and shorter rising periods, and a higher baking temperature to make really good bread in our Utah homes, says Elna Miller, U S A C Extension Nutritionist and author of this publication.
