Show THIS WEEK IN MINERSVILLE By JOY GARDNER Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Hollingshead Hollings-head of Payson spent the weekend week-end visiting with parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Hollingshead, and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Cor-bridgc Cor-bridgc of Trona, Calif., are here visiting with their daughters and families, Mrs. Darwin Marshall Mar-shall and Mrs. Marcine Davis. Wayne Gillins was Marshall Mar-shall of the Day. The program was opened by the congregation singing the National Na-tional Anthem. Reva Williams sang "It's a Great Big Wonderful Wonder-ful World." Eve McKnight played a piano solo. Charles Jameson gave a short talk. Dian Hollingshead presented a tap dance, and the two little Eyre girls sang a duet. Sports for the children and adults were held in the afternoon and the day's festivities ended with horse racing. En route to Oklahoma City and Canada, Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Beebee of Richmond, Calif., 1 stopped to visit with Mrs. Bee-bee's Bee-bee's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Sherwood, and relatives and friends. The Lucky Clover Four-H club met Thursday of last week at the home of their leader, Mrs. Freida B. Woods. This year their project is "Learning to Be a Good Hostess." The day's business bus-iness was the planning of a party, July 2, in honor of Patri- cia Carter. Members present were Bonnie Carter, Marlene Baker, E,ois and Louise Thompson, Dorothy Eyre.
