Show Arthur Boyers on 17-day trip Mr. and Mrs. Arthur C. Bo-yer Bo-yer returned recently from a delightful 17-day trip to Calif., and Arizona. Traveling to California Cal-ifornia they went by way of Yosemite National Park, entering enter-ing at the east entrance and departing by way of the west entrance. They visited with their daughter, Pauline, and husband, Du Wayne Donithorne and children, Dennis, Delane, and Darrin in San Jose. Visiting Visit-ing the schools and attending church services with the Doni-thornes Doni-thornes were of special interest. Mr. and Mrs. Boyer enjoyed two days in Los Angeles touring tour-ing NBC and Universal Studios in Hollywood, attending live shows and observing how television tele-vision is produced. Also a fun day was spent at Disneyland. They then traveled to Mesa, Arizona, and visited with relatives, rela-tives, Mary R. Boyer, Josephine Boyer, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. (Mildred Boyer) Jarvis and thei children, Susann Jarvis, Attorney and Mrs. Jarrett Jarvis Jar-vis and children, and Dr. and Mrs. John Jarvis and children. The Boyers attended temple sessions at the Mesa Temple and visited many other places of interest in Mesa and Phoenix. Phoe-nix. They returned by way of the Grand Canyon stopping at the south rim. They also visited vis-ited at Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam at Page, Arizona. |
