Show C. Henry Larsen services held Funeral services were held Tuesday in Salt Lake City for Christian Henry Larsen, 82, well-known resident of Springville Spring-ville for 40 years, who died October 5, 1968, at his home in Salt Lake City. Burial was in Memorial Gardens of the Valley in Salt Lake City. Active in Senior Citizens organizations, or-ganizations, Mr. Larsen was a familiar figure at their dances and other activities in Utah County. He attended a Senior Citizens dance in Provo only a week before his death. He was born June 18. 1886. in Spanish Fork, the son of Christian Raahauge and Karen Stine Hendricksen Larsen. He married Amalie Effie Mortensen on December 19, 1910. They were divorced. He. married Effie Roylance on February 15, 1938 in Springville. She later died. Mr. Larsen was a member of the LDS Church He is survived by five sons Jacob C. Larsen, Orem; George E. and Earl K. Larsen, both of Salt Lake City; Kenneth R. Larsen, Temple City, California, Califor-nia, and Darwin Larsen, Fremont, Fre-mont, California; 13 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; 17 great grandchildren; two brothers, George and Lee-Roy Lee-Roy Larsen, both of Springville, Spring-ville, and a sister, Mrs. Aleda L. Vigh, Salt Lake. City. |
