Show Thorn Co. bids low for creek project that the channel through Springville in recent years had been .cleared but that gravel and silt has washed into the stream bed below Springville creating a flood hazard. Once the project is completed, complet-ed, the county will continue to maintain the channel in the future. fu-ture.
