Show DUP announces district convention here The East-South Utah County Coun-ty Daughters of Utah Pioneers camps will hold a district convention con-vention in Springville next Thursday, May 6, at 2 p.m., in the Second-Eighth Ward Chapel, announces President Mary Smart. President Kate B. Carter of the Central Company and other oth-er officers will be in attendance attend-ance at the meeting to which all members are urged to attend. at-tend. This district is comprised of camps in the Payson, Spanish Fork and Springville areas and representatives are expected from all of the camps. Among the many relatives and friends from out of town and out of state in Springville for the funeral services for Mrs. Eliza Jane Sanford Giles, Wednesday of last week were: Richard Thorn, Glendale, California; Cal-ifornia; Mr. and Mrs. Hunt Sanford, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hubbard, Mr .and Mrs. John Bigler all of Elko, Nevada; Frank Sanford, Seattle, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Giles, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Ward, Rex Flavel, Mrs. Alice Bee and daughters, Mr .and Mrs. Clyde Capps, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Capps, Mrs. Dolores Johnson, Mrs. Stella Freeman, Mrs. Hazel Perin all of Richfield, Idaho; Mrs. Maude Erdman, Mrs. Eliza Bringhurst, Mrs. Samantha Finch, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Murray Rawson, Jennie Thomas, Glen Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Vern R.
