Much of the ground work prior to the option agreement was accomplished by a three-man three-man subcommittee of the Chamber's board consisting of J. Hamilton Calder, chairman, J. Robert Bullock, and N. Da-Verl Da-Verl Christensen. Mr. Crandall expects to spend most of the next two months preparing a feasibility report and prospectus preparatory prepara-tory to getting state approval for an intra-state stock issue. Mr. Crandall, who raised $4, 000,000 through a stock issue in Phoenix to - construct Legend Le-gend City, is highly confident that the project not only will succeed but become one of the West's best-known recreational recreation-al attractions. |
