The bookcase was constructed by J. C. Nielson, a retired carpenter, and the material was contributed by his son, Grant Nielson. In the picture are Mr. and Mrs. George Bonsper, Zora M. Hill, Delia Clark and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Bird. The reading section is another project initiated by the Springville Senior Citizens who are planning about five tours this summer, one to the Rose Festival in the Northwest, another to Mesa Verde Park, to Gallup, New Mexico, an outing to Mirror Lake, and possibly another trip to the Black Hills in the South Dakota area. |
